But, in the case of DC++, a popular P2P file sharing program, this has indeed happened. At startup the program contact the creators server to look for updates, but what it displays is a message about <a href=\"https:\/\/viewsdesk.com\/archives\/2004\/10\/bushs_digital_x.shtml\">the lock-out<\/a> fom George W Bush&#8217;s website.
